State Restrictions

Due to state laws, we do not ship THCA products to:

• Idaho

• Kansas

• Louisiana

• Oklahoma

• Oregon

• Rhode Island

• Utah

• Vermont

Any products containing over 0.3% Total THC cannot be shipped to these or other restricted states.

What We Don’t Cover

• Invalid Address Input: If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid address at checkout, Green Haus Hemp is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

• Packages Marked as Delivered: Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, Green Haus Hemp is no longer responsible for the package (including theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery).

Damaged Item Policies
